We hope you enjoy your purchase from mileseeyoptics.com, but if you are not 100% satisfied, we make returns and exchanges simple and worry-free.

Return and Exchange Timeline

You may return products within 30 calendar days of receipt without providing a reason. Exchanges are also available within this period, subject to stock availability, and must be for products of equal value.

Customers are eligible for returns under the following circumstances

✓ 30-Day Unconditional Return: Within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, you may return your order provided the product remains in its original condition and fully functional. The product itself, original packaging, accessories, gifts, manuals, labels, and tags must all be intact and not affect resale.
✓ Return for Quality Issues: If the product fails to function properly due to non-human factors or non-misuse, you may return it within 30 calendar days.
✓ Other Situations: Returns may also be accepted if required by law, in accordance with agreements made with us, or under conditions recognized by MILESEEY Optics or outlined in this policy.

Customers are eligible for exchanges under the following circumstances

✓ Exchange for Quality Issues: If the product exhibits performance problems not caused by misuse or human damage, you may exchange it within 30 calendar days of receipt.
✓ Other Situations: Exchanges may also be accepted if required by law, in accordance with agreements made with us, or under conditions recognized by MILESEEY Optics or outlined in this policy.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Situations

× The product has exceeded the return/exchange period.
× The product was not purchased from MILESEEY Optics, proof of purchase is missing, or purchase documentation is falsified or altered.
× The product’s appearance or function does not meet return/exchange standards, including missing the product itself, original packaging, accessories, gifts, manuals, labels, or invoices, or any human-caused cosmetic damage.
× The product has been repaired or modified without authorization, or certification labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, anti-counterfeit tags, or packaging have been tampered with.
× The product shows irreversible signs of use or retains unauthorized data.
× Non-product quality issues caused by collision, damage, unauthorized modification, foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.), incorrect installation, or failure to follow instructions.
× Damage caused by force majeure (fire, flood, lightning, traffic accidents, etc.).
× Damage during return shipping without valid proof from the carrier.
× Products confirmed as non-returnable at purchase, including digital goods, media, or software.
× Products determined by MILESEEY Optics inspection not to have quality issues or not to meet return/exchange standards.
× Products not shipped within 7 calendar days after service confirmation, or outside other designated timeframes.
× Other conditions prohibited by applicable laws and regulations.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support Team and provide the following information:
  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos or videos of defects (if applicable)
  • Shipping address
  • Contact phone number

Return Procedure

  1. Contact MILESEEY Optics Support at mileseeyoptics@mileseey.com to obtain the return address or a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).
  2. Provide your personal email address, a valid proof of purchase (including the order number, product model, and purchase date), as well as a note of your purchase channel and the reason for return.
  3. Pack the product securely to prevent damage during shipping.
  4. After shipping, email us the tracking information.
 
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at mileseeyoptics@mileseey.com.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.).
Once we receive your returned item, defective products are eligible for a full refund. Non-defective products can be refunded, but shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
 
 

Purchase Channel Clarification

mileseeyoptics.com Orders: Returns are handled directly by MILESEEY Optics.
Third-Party Platforms (Amazon, eBay, Aliexpress, etc.): Returns are handled by the original seller in accordance with their store policy and platform terms.

Return Shipping Fees

For products with manufacturing defects: MILESEEY Optics will bear the full cost of return shipping. Please contact customer service to obtain a prepaid label.
Products without Manufacturing Defects: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For returns over $39, we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing insurance, as MILESEEY Optics cannot guarantee returns without tracking.

Important Notices

Do not write your own address on the package, as this may delay the return process.
Returned items must remain in original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact. MILESEEY Optics does not accept returns of worn, damaged, washed, or altered products.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact MILESEEY Optics Customer Service within 24 hours of eceipt.
Please carefully inspect your return before shipping. MILESEEY Optics is not responsible for products returned that are not MILESEEY Optics items.
